ISO/TS 16949:2002 is the international automotive quality standard that is based on the popular ISO 9001 standard used by most industries around the world. SPC is audited by QMI, a world-wide registrar of quality, environmental, and industry standards.

SPC had been registered to QS-9000, the North American automotive quality standard, since 1999 and is currently an OEM and aftermarket automotive-parts supplier. With ISO registration, SPC receives international recognition for its quality program.
