Take Pena Boulevard to Tower Road and make a right. Follow Tower Road to 104th Avenue and turn left. From 104th Ave., exit onto 1-25 North. Take I-25 until you reach Highway 66 (Exit 243). From here, turn right onto 66 and head east approximately 1/4 mile to Mead Street, and turn left, you'll now be heading north. Take Mead Street 3 blocks to Mulligan Drive, and turn right. Go one block on Mulligan to Hilltop Road and turn left - Specialty's Manufacturing Facility is the first building on the left.
